Mood Jar Tracker

This mood jar tracker allows you to spend some time at the end of each day reflecting on the general feeling of the day combined with a little bit of mindful colouring. Reflection is an important skill in maintaining our wellbeing and this exercise helps us develop a reflective attitude.

At the end of each month we can look back and see if perhaps we need to be a little kinder to ourselves over the coming month and maybe employ some self care into our days or maybe that the month wasn't as bad as we initially thought it was.
