Instructions; use the words for inspiration whenever you are affirming to yourself a quality or strength you possess. It might be a quality that you always have or one that you particularly had that day. Be careful that it is a strength you are choosing. If your not sure imagine yourself as a super hero. Would the word you have chosen be a super hero power? If not then give it a miss.
I get kids to look in the mirror and say to themselves "I am..." so you may want to cut these out and stick them around a mirror at home.
